Southern Environmental Testing, a full-service testing laboratory conveniently located in the industrial park of Florence, Alabama, offers a wide range of chemical and physical testing services to industry, governmental agencies, and engineering professionals. Although the core business of the company is environmental testing for regulatory compliance, Southern Environmental Testing also provides chemical process monitoring and troubleshooting, product identification, and the analysis of non-routing matrices. 

Our primary goal is to offer personalized service; rapid analysis of samples and accurate data reporting.  The laboratory supplies pre-cleaned, labeled sample containers with appropriate preservatives. In order to simplify field sampling, preprinted chain of custody records for individual sampling events can be prepared.  Our normal business hours are 7:30-5:00 Monday through Friday. By prior arrangement, laboratory personnel are available  to receive samples during off hours and weekends.  

Upon request, client data can be posted on this web site.  Clients can access their data by a secure connection with user name and password supplied by Southern Environmental Testing.

Quality assurance guidelines in the laboratory conform to all federal and state standards. A computerized laboratory information management system is used to track samples, accept analytical data and compiles reports. Laboratory reports are presented in a well-organized, comprehensive format that meets all state and federal guidelines for data reporting. The laboratory routinely participates in the USEPA sponsored DMRQA study and results are available upon request.
